MODO DE PREPARO

Misture o suco de limão com a salsa no liquidificador.

Mexa bem.

Feito isso, acrescente os demais ingredientes e misture mais uma vez.

Coloque a mistura num recipiente com tampa e leve para a geladeira.

Tome uma colher (sopa) a cada manhã, ainda em jejum.

Durante o tratamento, beba bastante água e suco.

– A salsa é diurética– O mel é um ótimo antibiótico

– O azeite funciona como lubrificante

– O limão dissolve as pedras nos rins, pois aumenta o pH da urina.

Ainda tem o xarope de bordo, também conhecido como xarope de ácer ou maple syrup.

Não é fácil encontrá-lo no Brasil.
