Observação: Procure usar uma roupa confortável para fazer este e outros exercícios físicos.

3- Estirando a perna

Este é outro exercício muito bom para os joelhos e artrite nos pés. Sente-se no chão, colocando as costas contra a parede e estirando as pernas. Depois disso, levante as pernas para o ar e segure nessa posição por quanto tempo aguentar.

É bom tentar fazer movimentos, com as pernas levantadas, como se estivesse nadando ou pedalando. É cansativo, mas garantimos que isso fortalece as articulações.

4 – Subindo as escadas

Mesmo que você não tenha escadas em casa, pode tentar realizar o exercício num batente ou numa caixa que aguente seu peso.

Tudo o que você precisa fazer é subir o degrau com uma perna e depois com outra.

Repita até aguentar.

5 – Caminhada

Não há segredos para este movimento.

Mas é essencial usar bons tênis, principalmente se você tiver excesso de gordura ou problemas na coluna, pois um calçado ruim pode prejudicar ainda mais as dores.
